What are the fees for birth certificates?
To request a copy of your birth certificate you are required to complete the state form and pay the state fees. The fees to obtain a certified copy of a birth certificate vary from state to state, and number of copies requested.

Standard Service
The price for using our Standard Service is a one-time payment of only $49 or $59 plus government processing fees.
By selecting this service, you will receive a customized application and personalized instructions regarding how to fill out and submit the application to the Health Department.
Premium Service
The price for our Premium Service is $117 for a certified copy of a vital record.
This amount includes:
- Our personalized application preparation services
- Government processing fees
With this service, your application will be directly submitted by us to the health department, and you will receive your vital record by mail once it’s ready.
Additionally, you have the option of adding a Priority Service to both the Standard and Premium services.
By choosing this option, your application will be given priority over customers who have not selected it. .
